Thank goodness for Mark at Black & White IT Ltd! He is always available to wave his magic wand over recalcitrant PCs and to keep my blood pressure nornal.

Always helpful. Good at responding (and rescuing where necessary!). Also good ideas for updating equipment such as laptop, smart phone, etc where/when needed.
